Current legislation requires The Community Trust to annually approve all members of scholarship committees. Below are several forms that must be completed for approval by our Board of Directors. Please provide these forms well in advance of your selection process.
Once approved, your scholarship committee contact person will be notified of the approval, and the grantee selection process may begin. Please provide a completed Grantee Evaluation form for each grantee that receives a scholarship for our final approval.
